Our perspective comes from over 35 years of combined healthcare operations and leadership experience — supporting clinicians, operators, and patients inside real healthcare organizations before moving into executive search.

As healthcare operators ourselves, we’ve led dialysis centers, multi-site primary care clinics, value-based care models, and startup operations during periods of high growth and high complexity.

Our backgrounds include:
• 25 years of operational leadership experience
• 10+ years of VBC practice management experience
• Experience as VP of Operations and Interim COO for a healthcare startup
• National recognition for improving care outcomes and reducing avoidable utilization

We were both shaped early in life by compassionate healthcare leadership. Bobbie grew up watching her mother, a healthcare administrator known for her kindness and service, support people both inside and outside the workplace. Nelson completed much of his education while undergoing dialysis treatment, later returning as a leader to run several of the centers where he once received care.

These experiences guide our belief that strong leadership, aligned processes, and patient-centered decisions directly influence outcomes long before a metric ever appears on a dashboard.
